Lawn Mowers
Hi Everyone,
I was wondering how you handle getting the lawn mowed on your single family rentals. For my first 2 houses I have provided push mowers and have the tenants cut the grass. After thinking about this more, once I get more houses that will be a lot of mowers to buy and maintain. In the future, should I just have the tenants buy and maintain their own mowers? What do you do?
Thanks!!!

Our tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance. They can either buy and maintain a mower or pay someone else to care for the lawn...up to them. If we have to get someone to take care of the yard, the cost is the tenants to absorb.
