Either your LO is incompetent, or the lender is pulling a bait and switch, either way that's not cool. 

If you were to get caught in mortgage fraud, along with your broker or LO, you could be liable for major fines and even jail time... not worth it.

It took me a couple of years to actually get wind of a website for it, searched my name, and lo and behold there was the insurance money.

@Devyn Caraballo I’m in the midst of a 203k right now and in the beginning it seemed like things were totally coming together-I had a LO who had done about 20 of them previously so good experience there, the LO and the consultant had worked together before so that was good news.
