Do you have credit cards?

My plan would be to identify zip-codes with most cash transactions in markets with median home price at or below 320K, then mail at least 1K post cards every week for about 6-7 weeks.

I've even heard of some people just buying all the materials on their credit card.

I'm not sure how comfortable someone would feel giving a distressed homeowner a card stating that they will be earning $500 from it.Best,-JD

(My agent sends housewarming gifts to all her clients and every year after that, Christmas cards. 

If there is one attorney who has the majority of cases,  get his business card. 

Anthony,I suggest you come up with a post card and letter rotation that will spread your budget out over time but keep you in front of them.  

Exceptions to that would be a game of multi-deck blackjack where the cards coming out of the deck influence what cards are still available (which is still irrelevant unless you've been keeping inventory and know which way the remaining deck is weighted).  

You can typically find them around the building department passing out cards flyers etc. 

Or use a credit card with a set completion date.
