I'm not sure about Queens but I know there are a bunch in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

I wasn't having much luck finding local labor on FB groups or marketplace.I changed my address to our PF cabin on the Next door app and posted same thing and am getting replies from local people to do some deck staing and other small tasks.
