Mentoring program/Dylan Borland

Anyone ever heard of Dylan Borland? He's based out of Detroit Michigan. Has a mentoring course called "ultimate real estate investing course" we have agreed upon a minimal price for this. I get his course, and one on one coaching every Thursday to discuss what actions I've taken and where we need to improve upon. He seems very upfront. Told me to try the course for 7 days (because I'm hesitant of course) if it's not what I'm looking for he will refund my entire purchase price. I prefer not to post the actual price, it's something we agree upon and I'm not sure if he offer that to other students. I will say it's significantly less than 5 k Anyway, I've looked into other wholesaling programs. Wholesaling inc is one, and they're all at least 5k to get involved. Again he seems very upfront and honest. No high pressure etc...told me to take my time and think about it. I guess I'm a little Leary cause there's just not a lot of info on him on the web? No reviews of his course etc... I figured relatively speaking he's a lot cheaper than the next program and if I don't care for it I get a refund. He does however have a utube page with many videos on it discussing real estate and many facets of investing. Thoughts and any incite would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Norm
