Multiple Commercial AC vents and unidentified vents outside of condo window

Angela Ding
Posted

HI - I'm considering buying a small condo in Manhattan but the window is facing multiple unidentified vents, seller told me it's all AC vents from 1 restaurant and 1 dry cleaner business on the ground floor. I'm concerned if those vents are going to noisy and are they also exahust vents from kitchen of the restaurants below.

Is it still worthwhile to move forward with the purchase? Thanks

@Mohammed Rahman, i think this situation is similar - the vents are directly outside of the window of a small space.

Do you know if noise or smell, or if anything else disturbed your friend? Other noise, I mostly worried if any pollutants would come out that window, and those vents are directly facing toward the window.

Thanks!
