I just want to get started and I find myself overwhelmed, and a bit nervous as I'm doing this based on what I've read in books or watched on YT also just scrolling on Zillow or other similar apps, I get discouraged as I feel Ive missed all the good deals (if that makes any sense).  

Scroll to the far right and you will see an “on lists” column that will show how many lists a particular property is on.

Taking me a long time to find all the GURUmails, scroll to the bottom, and check the UNSUBSCRIBE!

You can scroll thru the months to see how the prices change and where the prime season is and then you can put some raw numbers together.

Even if one uses the horizontal scroll bar on the browser, the menu bar does not scroll.
