It especially is interesting when reading an older thread from the archives or one that has just been revived due to a new post to it.How about where it says: "Post: ##" if it said "Post XX of YY"?

A quick Google search will take you to his site, and his podcast can be found there or on ITunes.

Also read the forums,  go back through the archives, spend time in the subjects that interest you, and  post your own questions. 

Once you've done that, you should read the appropriate forums on BiggerPockets including the archives.

TravisJust think about life for awhile, what can happen to someone that will put them in a position that they really need to act on getting rid of a property.Take a clean sheet of paper, read the archives and current postings on this site and a few others and write down the possible situations.Now pick one and start working on it, focus, talk to people, learn.

Can it be accessed via BP's Archives/Resources?

Hi Chris,  when you get a chance, search the archives here on BP for "Bakersfield", the area has been discussed in various posts over the years.

To be fair I am not great at UX design but if your intention is to have 30 days of past alerts available why not do something similar to an archive in gmail?
