Ultimately, it depends what your goals are on which method will fit best for your situation.  

Cutting out the cabinetry to fit the oven exactly will be impractical and probably look terrible.

Find a property that fits the "it wouldn't suck to live here" criteria that you would like to own for 5 years or longer.
