I also have a YouTube channel which I do DIY home renovations as well as projects like restoring a 1985 Bayliner boat. 

Most PM's don't like to do that because it costs them some (or most) of their tenant placement fee, but its the right thing to do if they can't get it rented through their own marketing channels.

The website, youtube channel, podcasts, books and community are all such great resources!

For example: Prep Agent https://www.youtube.com/c/Prep...Great info, constantly updating their channel, and has several resources for memorizing the facts (webinars, vocab sheets, Facebook Group, etc.).

Occupancy, Revenue per available night, revenue per booked night, total revenue, % from each booking channel, profit/loss-what systems and subscriptions do you use?

I see never people having the most success with cheaper marketing channels like SMS & Cold calling.

Maybe talk to the local (CA) hard money lenders and see if they are willing to channel your offerings in their borrower's network? 

I was able to get coverage (with difficulty) but I am looking to scale my business and want to streamline the process.Note, this is within Canada.Any feed back is appreciated.
