I know know any path in this industry will be difficult but transitioning and applying the same amount of hours I work now, I'm sure it will lead to success eventually.

As soon as you buy a property it will begin to drop due to credit usage, but that's ok... that's what it supposed to do.Unfortunately in today's rate environment it is difficult at best to find good deals in about 95% of the country.

The difficult part of tracking loans comes when you have to foreclose.

This is not to say this is the only successful method of real estate investing, but as I'm sure you're well aware, with current interest rates and overall market conditions, sourcing and acquiring LTR deals is difficult unless you're going off-market. 

Without experience and without much cash it is more difficult.  

How difficult would it be to get an easement if we targeted landlocked properties and how would that affect loan options?

Some states' laws make it difficult for landlords to evict, and the month-to-month termination eviction is a much simpler way to evict.

Having a property management service that is connected to its communities but still offers speed and scale and oversight and efficiency is incredibly difficult, but I believe it can be done.
