Trees Powerlines. Search investment location.South of CA or AZ (open to ideas)
Hello,
I am new to the forum.I am interested in learning more about real estate ( searching to learn about investment property
[duplex,triplex,quad] how difficult is to manage this types of properties)
Also any suggested locations in CA or AZ to look into for investing.
Any questions related to trees growing near powerlines I could possibly assist.
(Currently at industry.)

Hey Andres, not sure if you're still considering buying multi family or not. But when I started self managing in my units in San Diego, it wasn't terribly difficult. There were some bad days of course, but overall I'd say I probably spent 4-6 hours per week managing my 15 units. I spent a lot of time qualifying tenants and making sure they were the right fit. And I also did property inspections every 6 months to stay on top of any damage the tenants were causing.
