This has been happening around the country. 

Many people in this country love NOT to pay taxes --- who doesn't. 

I have a close friend who has been advising me but has been out of the country for a few weeks.

Again, it's not Vegas, cost of living here is MUCH higher, it's the 6th most expensive housing market in the country.

That could be her personal path toward an appreciating asset and not wasting money on rent.  

It was part of my path, allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge, and allowed me to grow to my current RE holdings.  

Eventually the markets around the country will balance out and the flow will slow.

Just because other people do it or have done it doesn't mean it the right path for you.

Any of you live outside the U.S  or have experience on countries where the dollar stretches' the most, Im biased in Bolivia, SA, because my family is from there , im fluent in spanish and been visiting on/off since i was a child, longest time i stayed there was 1yr.
