Some people will book weekends in April even if they "wanna get away" somewhere that isn't a casino and can take strolls along the beach, weather permitting. 

When I have been offered access to it by Realtors or friends, I usually end up using a platform like Zillow anyway.....I just don't find any benefit to it nowadays......30 years ago, of course, but not now. 

@Bob H. is right, but basically all fans have remote power nowadays so I never run 14/3 anymore....unless there is a 3rd function like uplighting...?

Being as hard as it is to get into the market nowadays, do I bite the bullet or no deal?

Turnkey is a very saturated word nowadays but a true turnkey provider will purchase properties themselves, renovate it themself and then manage themself.

And of course... google reviews, zillow reviews, etc... don't be afraid to ask for their review pages for proof, most brokers have them nowadays.

I come from the blockchain world, where a lot of conventions and shows happen at venues with casinos.

Although more and more and working from home due to COVID, so perhaps office buildings are not so relevant nowadays.
