Hey, can anyone recommend a good house cleaning service for the Cleveland area?

I usually do this to help cover the carpet cleaning costs once the tenant moves out.

Then, look at any updates that might bring in MORE or HIGHER rents, such as kitchen, baths, fresh paint, clean floors (carpet or hard surfaces), ceiling fans, window AC units, etc.

Tenant is not  cleaning up the property.

It'll be cheaper and quicker taking the paneling out and making a clean finish. 

They try to use it as last month's rent or fail to clean because they assume the Landlord is going to keep the deposit anyway (far too many Landlords do).

we have until spring of 2025 until our balloon loan either has to be refinanced or paid off (we got this loan because we intended to build, of course) and now i feel like it's a ticking time bomb.we conducted "clean and satisfactory" (no issues whatsoever to build) soil and foundation tests and provided those to every buyer. it seemed (not quite sure here) like they backed out once they reviewed the tests - yet there is nothing negative in them. we will not be providing these tests moving forward (as we had to do them ourselves and feel that each buyer should do their due diligence moving forward!)

Knowing my cleaning person, there is no way she left the place like this.

Photograph everything before you start cleaning-though without similar photos of the move in condition, you may have problems with some things.Then decide if you want to keep the home as a rental or sell it. 

Make sure you communicate to the cleaners that you're hosting longer stays that are over 30/60/90+ days (depending on your market) so they can give you the price for a deep clean.
