I attended a wholesale meeting a few months back that was run by Ibrahim Hughes The attorney that was sponsored was www.attorneyavant.comNever used them though but hope that helps.

There's usually a private lender or 2 and/or a hard money lender or 2 in attendance. 

@Johnny Quilenderino I read your question but it sounds like you are already on the right track by attending your local RE meeting.

There is one schedule on Monday Sept 25 that is heavily attended by BP members (@Brandon Turner, his wife @Heather Turner and child-Rosy does not yet have a BP profile were at the last one).

I've sent out mailers, started attending REIA meetups, called homeowners, and this weekend I actually started visiting houses I'd like to invest in.
