Here is a stand alone I did in my CA ranch style $4M value estate: The old version was fully enclosed and my designer demanded to go this route, note the separate and large shower with bench seating, rain heads and wall jets.Here is a rendering of my Beverly Hills master bath I am doing right now.

@jscot @Brandon Turner I am reading The book on flipping Flipping Houses that I bought on bp a few days ago and like it very much a step by step approach on everything specially for new flippers but I could not find the excel version of those downloadable files that we can use to make our scope of work .Can any out there suggest me some downloadable excel file templates to use for our scope of work.I tried the file area on bigger pockets but did not like as much as I liked the one in the book.Please help me .

In your instance, make certain you get her to sign the Canadian version of the credit history authorisation as privacy laws in Canada are different and tighter than those in the U.S.A.Banks in Canada, as anywhere, will charge to convert currency.
