personally I believe it's prudent not to send mail within three days of thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Super Bowl Sunday, Mother's Day and the Fourth of July weekend.Direct mail like newspaper are a call to action media type whereas tv radio billboards and magazines are reinforcement.

To all the people saying you drive a beater for a car etc. you have to LOVE cars to understand.If a car is just a 4 set of wheels to you to get from point A to point B then you will see no value or an experience just the high cost.I used to get the magazines once a month at my house as a kid from car and driver and a few others.
