Greetings All,Another Central Floridian here...though not a native, I grew up in Orlando and after several out of state career assignments in commercial real estate specializing in corporate tenant representation, I am back in Orlando committed to building my real estate portfolio. 

I'm an Atlanta native and have a 5/3 single family property just inside the perimeter I was able to score for 250K in decent shape, only minor repairs needed. 

I'm a NY-native and have lived here all my life, but understand that buying my first few properties in NYC might not make the most financial sense or return. 

I haven't personally done this myself but I know as a native, finishing the basement is common in many areas of this city. 

I'm another Arkansas native that left the roost to settle down elsewhere.

Approximately 20,000 of the 30,000+ there are government civilians, most of which are either Dayton natives or plan on staying here long term.
