That is smaller units built with higher density to make the numbers work for both buyers and builders.Adapting to these challenges isn’t easy, but it’s necessary to keep up with the market.What are your thoughts on how builders and developers can address affordability and supply issues. 

I'm working with a company who owns a small, 19 unit, senior and low income apartment building.

For example in many jurisdictions I can STR units in a duplex but cannot STR an ADU (some jurisdictions will let you STR if you owner occupy).

Wanted to know if landscaping is a tax deductable expense in general and if it differs when one unit is owner occupied.

If it's just a two-family, or really with any amount of units, I would send the same notice to all parties so it's clear that it is addressed to everyone (even though it's because of one tenant).

Fast forward to today and I am financially free with in Painesville, Ohio a 27 unit, 24 unit, 21 unit, 20 unit 15 unit, 12 unit, 8 unit, and 6 unit.  

If you have a nice unit I would try to max it out if possible!

If you want to put down a low down payment, you might not cash flow for a few years.And FHA for 3-4 units is almost impossible.
