Granite or Quartz on all counter tops including bathrooms.. our up stairs is 9 foot.. and our single levels are 10 foot to 14 foot which NO other builder does in a subdivision type build only custom homes over 1 mil would have that.. flooring is engineered hard wood.. custom cabinets with soft close on all doors in the house..

I understand equity and cash-flow are related, but what I mean is that I don't need the cash flow right now as much as I'd like to build a strong portfolio that can cash flow even moreĀ later on.I've owned a single-family rental for 4 years, but on mulitple fronts IĀ felt like I've done a poor job self-managing it, so this FallĀ I picked up the Turners' book on managing rentals and that's what led me here to Bigger Pockets online.

We're in a community property state, where I believe my wife is automatically considered an owner.Would you be able to clarify if I am allowed to quit claim into this LLC as is, or if I'll need to add my wife to become a married single member LLC (married SMLLC)?
