I'm thinking of going with Diamond Financial Services (10% fee) or Business Finance Store (9% fee).

My wife and I are talking about looking at Airbnb'ing our house as it's large with a pool, and I hope people who would want the kalahari, Del diamond experience may bite.

My perception is that every investor is looking, but just like you, no one is really finding great deals except for the rare diamond in the rough.  

If you want to stay very close to home, you will probably be looking for that diamond in the rough single family or townhome. 

We have never had someone come back after the fact and tell us their $1M diamond ring was still there.

I also have realtors at my disposal that I have worked with in flips that seem to find me the diamonds in the rough..

The area closest to East Lake probably has the highest, but there are diamonds in the rough all over.

I'm thinking of ways to invest some money to bring me a residual income so I have watched Bob Diamond blueprint on overages.Has anyone tried hus program or currently using the program today.
