The worst case you would have to spend couple hundred or thousand extra over a regular move out rehab to clean up the extra stuff etc.

@Tina Chau Hey Tina, mortgages are recorded and public record most of the time, you can access this info at the county clerk website where you can sort by document type (mortgage) and see the amount taken out.

We do currently have some lenders that do all sorts of low down payment options to get you to as little as 0% down in some cases (with RTR subsidizing part of your down payment).

After analyzing the deal further, estimating holding costs, realtor fees, monthly costs on hard money, estimating the worst case scenario of it taking three months to sell (average time here is 43 days), rehab costs, insurance, etc., I am pretty sure we need to pull out.
