A while after launching your venture, your neighbours - folks who have rented other units in the building for their own quite enjoyment - complain about the transient traffic to your unit.  

I'm from close by and don't invest in Atlanta because it is too hard.I can tell you that even in my area which is an hour (or way more in traffic) from Atlanta we have a very large discrepancy between bid and ask in cap rate going on now.

Thanks Tiffany, and sorry if I came off so blunt before I was on the belt in traffic so I kinda was already heated.

Although traffic in Kansas City isn't comparable to a NYC, Chicago, etc., it still sucks during rush hour.

You catch a lot of traffic from people who went out the night before and are trying to make it to brunch or left the car somewhere.

Churches are generally accepted as long as they do not pose traffic congestion and the denomination isn't controversial to the general public.Multifamily is generally frowned upon for zoning approvals especially around subdivisions etc.We have had a lot of developers try recently to build apartments.

All the stains were lifted and the high traffic areas look about 75% better.

I’ve seen plenty of newbie posts seeking mentors/internships get zero traffic, which I understand.

I had the ad directing traffic to my website but did not end up getting any calls and it can also get expensive pretty quick based on your market, your keywords, and what strategies you choose.
