They have a monthly meetings and on February 25th the speaker will be Dana Rose, the Administrator of Columbus Code Enforcement. 

As a former president of our local REIA , I booked several speakers who sell their wares to the membership- and , we all make money.

I'm still very inexperienced with investing but I figure I can compensate for that by bring in guest speakers such as; real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, seasoned real estate agents, and other successful investors.

We are not a REIA (association) with memberships and benefits.Most of the REIAs target beginners and have selling speakers with varying degrees of frequency. 

There is plenty of knowledge shared by instructors, other members, and guest speakers.

Not sure if you can make it to the next meeting in Waltham, but the speaker will talking about a flip they just finished and the process of getting through it so it would be a great one to attend.

I know this is not what you're asking for but in case you need help with those tasks too, it might work.I am sure you can also find some native English-speakers there that could do the job but their rates might be higher than other services.
