Yeah - the cost is way higher than having one wi-fi cam but I don't need wi-fi as the footage is saved on a DVR or NVR. 

I'm in need of a platform that will allow my tenants to pay via ACH (and card, but not a requirement) as check payments are a hassle for all involved.I recently tried RentRedi, but am not in love with the invoicing interface (can't group charges like rent, tax, CAM fees, utilities, etc.) but I did like that their rates were relatively low. 

I spent near $500 on several roto's and a cam job.

CAMS seem very high at roughly $600/month. 

Owner moved to a larger space as they experienced growth in their business.Assuming I will be able to find a NNN lease tenant (learned that’s what it is called where tenant pays the operating expenses).Office association charges monthly payment that covers 100% utilities and CAM.

I think the big thing on those are the elevating HOA/CAMS costs that rise each year and the general lack of 'market' for easy liquidation of your portion of the deed.
