Should have done that the first time, but I'm glad I'm making these mistakes, so that way I know what to look for when I scout/inspect these properties.I plan on making a worksheet to bring with me for my inspections.

Especially in Atlanta right now, the inventory is getting so thin and there are so many big boy buyers there right now scouting for all of it, if there is one left over that has made it as far as Trulia, it means the big boy professionals passed it up, so it's fairly safe to assume you should too.

@Jacqueline, I went out for the first time today scouting vacant homes near me and a little further out.  

Has anyone ever looked into the area, is it worth the drive to scout some of these properties?
