i dont really know if that makes sense because its kind of a rough pocket of town...even if the numbers do, you might want to reconsider if you arent ok with living in an area thats still the early stages of "gentrification" and thats a big if.

Now I am reconsidering, after reading these forums and articles, maybe I just need to become a better landlord, and maybe fix the units up a bit more (property location is good, we remodeled 2 of the 3 units, but it could still use more- but I have little time to put in to it, guess have to pay someone- mainly windows replacements and siding).
