Does anyone know if in Maryland, for the auctions that happen on the county courthouse steps, have the foreclosure deeds on each property already been executed or is there typically still a waiting period to have this...

In my town I have to go down to their office and search pre-foreclosures on their computers.

I have a few houses that I made contact with pre-foreclosure but didn't end up being able to wholesale, does anyone know a quick/free way to check the status of those properties?

I am working on taking out a 2nd mortgage with a Credit Union. I have given them all required documents on Friday (9/30) and she said she would probably have it done Monday when I talked to her. It's now Wednesday and...

But, are you referring to auctions that the lending institutions hold ....or are you referring to auctions private companies hold after the foreclosure sale ... or are you referring to pre-foreclosure auctions ? 

My broker is associated with "Movement Mortgage" and I decided to talk with them and use them to try to get my pre-approval to purchase my first property.

I would like to also target pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, REO also.
