How long should it take to get pre approved?

I am working on taking out a 2nd mortgage with a Credit Union. I have given them all required documents on Friday (9/30) and she said she would probably have it done Monday when I talked to her. It's now Wednesday and she isn't answering my calls or email. Just wondering if she is dragging her feet or these take this long?

@David Stone depends on the credit union and how bad they want business. Next day turn around would be pretty quick for a conventional loan in my experience. But if they told you they could do it, they at least owe you the courtesy of telling you it will take longer.
