Check out Andrew Syrios' blog about the BRRRR strategy.http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/09/30...As for the lawsuit scenario, as Bill Gulley will happily explain in great detail, LLC's don't prevent lawsuits or fully protect you personally, since even if it can't be proven that you have acted in a manner which "pierces the corporate veil", you will still have to pay legal fees.

Howdy @Jimmyhee Quach,First and by far the most important thing:  STOP using personal cards to pay for business expenses.This completely eliminates the Liability Limitation component of an LLC by giving an savvy attorney an easy opportunity to demonstrate that you have "pierced the corporate veil" . . . so . . . consider each of you getting a new CC and use those only for the business expense.Second, Stessa is a great tool for tracking these expenses.
