I just set up an automated invoice to go out monthly and allow mailed checks or ACH deposits through quickbooks.

With a little muscle you could physically run them off yourself (friends) before you take ownership with little risk to you.

Anyways, my point is we will run all of our own payment processing and we will integrate taking leftover gift cards for payments, crypto, ACH, credit card, cash (with pay lease) whatever, but all of it gets converted to cash and put into the bank account.Your worry about the value of the USD is overblown. 

I love that you can manage multiple properties in one place along with reports and accepting ACH payments. 

There are a few online services that do not charge the tenant or landlord for ACH payment processing.
