This doesn't mean you're available 24/7, but it does mean that within the structure you define, you can provide value they won't find anywhere else.I'm not saying you shouldn't be cordial or anti social, you just need to have a well defined business relationship, and make sure you know which hat you're wearing when boundaries get tested.

At the very least having taken that course probably helps you be higher than the 0.00001% that most agents (many of whom like to ignore me telling them to stop hanging their hats on price per square foot) have, and at most it probably equips you to write better offers.
