Correct my kids less and not make a big deal over small things. in all reality, going back in time machines has proven to be an exercise in imagination.

This took time to build these relationships but the machine if you will has been built to be able to take on much larger deals in the near future once we stack some more capital to invest with.

While cash flow is nice I think most people won’t see the fruits of their labor until their properties are paid off by their tenants in 15, 20 or 30 years.

I know the area I want to buy, and I plan to use the Deal Machine app to skip trace the leads and for post card marketing as well as cold calling.

Is that reasonable for units with a washing machine in them?
