@Makenzi Capezza I suggest taking a spray bottle filled with water and lightly spraying a section of the wall and see if there are any small strips of paper that change color with the water or roll up in your fingers easily.

Still have our fingers crossed though.

I think the plan at this point is to cross my fingers and ride it out and hope that she stays open with me. 

The ups are that if it cash flows accounting for the HOA, it’s amazing because you rarely lift a finger.

I have been surprised by several bp members as well as friends of mine who are stretched thin and worried about making mortgage payments and keeping their fingers crossed that nothing major happens in the way of repairs due to not having funds on hand.  

They do nothing but point fingers at each other.
