She went to the property a few times, wanted landlord to fix numerous items which are expected of any genuine tenant as most people like to have a decent place and want things fixed if they are paying a handsome rent in excess of $2k.I wanted to rent it quickly so keen to work with her but something did not sit well with me.

I like indy a lot .. we work in the hirer price points of course as not keen on those areas.. but indy as a whole has a lot going for it.. with saleforce moving in.. that's were we want to be in the assets that people that work for salesforce will want to buy and live in..

In this particular instance where the tenant is advertising the unit at a higher rent then they are paying, it would seem they are keenly aware of their rent is below market.5) If I get higher rent, does tenant still have to pay for lost rent?
