The cannabis industry is growing from a 1 billion to 8 to 10 billion industry in the next decade.

I am just displaying a little knowledge that i have learnt about the real estate world. 

Any display of irresponsible behavior during the showing (where I'm assessing their attitude and level of sophistication) is automatic grounds for rejection.

Billing the tenant based on his usage: in here, everything is under the owner name, and the owner emails a broken down utility copy from the electricity/gas companies to each tenant, and presents how much their meter displays and subsequently how much they own. 

If it was an easy task, I'm sure they would have left rather than have their family's being taken advantage of being displayed for the entire country to judge. 

Never cash flowed other than value add and the tree's they just keep growing tree's are good if they are the right one's and I am not talking about cannabis... but these are the type of deals a cash flow investor would never look at.. over the years I have probably flipped well I don't know lost count how many bare land properties I bought did a little work on with a dozer .. or perked them or what have you and made substantial profit in 12 to 18 months or less far more than cash flow at 200 a month would have ever done.. to the tune of probably 10 to 100 times better.. there is far more to real estate than rentals that is for darn sure.. but rentals is what 90% of the population knows the easiest to finance and the most popular so that's what beginner investors gravitate to..

I also opened a Pension Trust account with Schwab linked to my Solo K and have been investing in penny stocks with Canadian companies who are involved with the Canadian cannabis industry which is poised to be commercially legal in 2018. 

Do you just have a large display of various flavors of k-cups, and do you see a large part of them disappear?

I can't verify this on the site because under my bank accounts after entry it only shows the last four of the bank account and which bank it is, which all displays correctly.

Hi @Derek Carroll  -  I did some research on this yesterday after considering the no-follow link possibility and I may have found some potential reasons for referral traffic being displayed as direct.
