Granted that is my fault for not doing my due diligence in picking a firm that has a culture of building up new agents through training and mentorship.

I know there are probably a 100+ local forums/webpages that cover "whats happening" but what culture/real estate forms are yall following for the Austin market?

Trusting an employer to take care of you perhaps never was a good option for many, yet our culture once idolized the stable employment opportunities- but it is even less wise to depend on now.

Not to mention these studies are being done at mainstream prestigious universities such as Johns Hopkins, NYU, Stanford, and MIT.Lastly I will say that based on the tone of your post it seems like most people in our culture, you too have unhealed wounding in yourself. 

What do you think of Idaho now culturally?

I've never understood why we don't talk about allocating efforts for public good based on socioeconomic status instead of race -- people don't deserve help because of their race; they deserve help because a messy history of public policy, their ancestors' decisions, culture, law, and dumb luck made them start life's race far behind where I started.
