I would also request a VERY detailed background history of the dogs - most people who are trying to "beat the system" don't go the whole 9 yards of building a credible vaccine / vet check ups report.

Are you preforming all of the due diligence that you can (calling references, credit check, background check, drive-by of current residence, etc.)?

Just a little background...I seriously want to get into real estate investing to create a legacy for my family and long term wealth.  

I'm not sure that someone with your background would be wise starting out landlording with low income though. 

Hi All, Bit of background: I was in the states for a while in 2015 in Detroit learning the market did a bit of wholesaling etc.I returned to my home country after 3 months due to personal reasons ( I really wanted to stay in the states as I have a passport so no issues).

It's not the best deal ever, but I had to start somewhere after 6 months learning the theory (a lot thanks to BiggerPockets's mantra of taking action and learning by doing).As a background, I'm Portuguese and am living and working in Ireland for the past 6 years.

Other than that, her background check did not raise much concern.
