I am hoping to be more with the first guy and establish residual income.I listen to podcasts on my way to work every morning and it really pumps me up!

Hi all,The idea that investing a sum of money with a seller and receiving passive, residual income sounds like a dream, but does it really work? 

What did you use as adhesive?

We had some with BRIGHT YELLOW counters aaaarrrrrggg my eyes.I'd get a new 60/40 deep sink off amazon $125; a new pull out facet $60Use musclebound adhesive (Lowes) over existing tile ($25).

Some of the benefits that you may or may not have considered that makes me glad I made the choice years ago are almost complete time freedom, little stress, more residual income than living expenses, always new things to learn that improve you, and being able to help others.

You need to build a land residual model.

The laundry room ceiling drywall dried with no residue or signs so it didn’t need to be torn out.

Maybe a tenant rep broker might take that on for residual income but regular transaction brokers typically won't touch it as the deal is too small.A commercial broker working on 100k commission deals doesn't want to work on a 10k to 15k deal.

I just got my license and I'm sure i can reach that goal but in lieu, I want that in the form of residual from investment properties. 

I think becoming a property manager can be a great source of residual income and can definitely give  you some experience for when you have your own rental properties.
