I would rather not have 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint to go over dark purple and greens, I had a painter mention there is a paint out that truly does cover in one coat with these dark colors.  

What are you going to do when your property manager, painter, landscaper, contractor, etc craps out on you far away versus in your town. 

- if you are painting & replacing doors and baseboard and everything is the same color - have everything on site so if the painter is using a sprayer - they paint the doors and everything at the same time.5.

One big tip I learned when I used to work as a professional painter is brush care.

I'm acting as GC, managing the major subs (roofer, plumber, sheetrocker, painter)Some of my observations that I didn't foresee in all my reading and research leading up to this:- Handymen NEVER call back. - Small jobs are more frustrating than the bigger jobs.  

Pet smell is the easiestto abate among others, most decent paint shop or real commercial painter will know what to do with it.

Hello Investors/Contractors, I have a 32 unit apartment building in Pine Bluff AR, 3 minutes from the University and I am looking for any recommendations on handy-men, contractors, dry wall guys, painters, flooring guys, etcThe building needs a complete rehab, may include some framing re-work as well. 

I will be visiting Madison, WI in a few weeks and would love to set up some meeting with rehab service providers, ex. painters, roofers, GC, etc.
