There is a new interstate exit that went in where I live and an open air upscale mall was built 3 years ago.

The area has vacant space but is in an ideal location at intersection of interstates.

Again, I don't know this for certain but that's my understanding of these inter-state set ups with real estate licenses.  

Close to interstate.

I barely squeaked out of high school, spent a year working a job pumping gas on the interstate, went into the military because I couldn't figure out anything else, did my military time, spent another two years out of the military working nowhere jobs, and finally got myself into college, where I didn't graduate with my bachelor's degree until I was 30 years old.

I'm always wanting to cut the cord, but I've always had business pages... and lots of people my age use it to set up events/parties.
