Warehouse to loft conversion opportunity
OK, Where to start? I found a deal (I Hope). The property is an 85,000SQ/Ft warehouse multilevel building. Price $500k has Commercial front and other opportunities.
I see this property having the potential for loft living.
Near the heart of downtown and gov building/offices
.25 mile to Walmart and other shopping centers.
local transportation
Marc Train to DC
The list goes on.....
HOW do I get this deal?
How do I plan this deal?
How do I finance, and OMG I'm excited but have no Idea how to start.
I already know I'm going to lose this deal if I don't act. I want to act. How?
The building behind it will be for sale soon as well. I don't know if this is the right forum.
I do know I will need a Builder/Architect and planner for sure.
Am I wrong to see this potential?
