One of my tenants messed up my towel bar (it was evidently pulled on and the screws got pulled out of the drywall on one side - the prior owner who installed it evidently had the left side screwed into a stud and the right side of the holder screwed into the drywall and nothing else - but it wasn't an issue as it had been fine for a few years with the prior tenant and who knows how long before that - I had restained the towel bar as it is wooden so it clearly had been used for years).

As a cert holder I don't "own" the parcel but I assume I could purchase the redemption rights assuming I could find the taxpayer.
