My crystal ball is broken too @Jim Groves, but what I see in the industry is the stronger issuers/operators bypassing the platforms altogether.

While roommates can be interesting at times, if you use our rental criteria, properly screen everyone and make sure everyone is crystal clear on the terms of the lease and their individual responsibilities, you'll be fine.

@Crystal Smith yes the home is within a historic district that has its set of rules and regulations on what can and can't be done and a board of members that govern the area when it comes to stuff like that.

Got killer deals and bought when you can buy when the price was cheaper than replacement values.The problem is no one has a crystal ball.
