Pull up a chair and let's have some cannoli.

Currently, I do all the administration and bookkeeping for our property maintenance business, and I serve as chair and fiduciary to a local non-profit.

What an exciting learning adventure---my heart was racing, I was on the edge of my chair . . . wanted to see what the next episode would bring!

., save and invest, but enjoy a little of it now while you're still young enough to do all the wild and crazy things that you'll enjoy reminiscing about while sitting in that ol' rocking chair later in life.And on that note, time to take my daughter to Disneyland!

The sole remaining inherited tenant has an outdoor bar and round table with 6 chairs as well as a barbecue grill.  

We listened and now have a nice elegant table with two chairs with a table setting and some flowers so you can overlook your back yard.  

I took my current property features and entered them in on about 10 different rental sites just to see what the rents would come back as and I just about fell off my chair! 

I am currently showing the apartment and was surprised to see she has no furniture except a folding chair and there are no clothes in the closet.  

And I wanted to know if it's Illegal to take your couch, chairs, light bulbs etc. to make her life miserable.
