From there we are able to figure out which ads are most effective, what time is best to post ads, and if certain tweaks (heading, colors, verbiage, etc.) that we do are effective.

Trying to tweak the system to get lowest mortgage rate is great, but at some point not scalable.

@Todd Dexheimer made a good comment about convincing your investors why your strategy is solid, but I want to tweak and build on it.

I'm learning now how to tweak my list, my first is probably way too broad.
