Has anyone used a Virtual Assistant

Has anyone here ever used a virtual assistant? If so can you tell me how your experience was and about how much you paid for one? I am looking into a VA to answer my calls from my bandit signs and direct mail. I figure I could give them a script of the information I was looking for and they could weed out the people who were just calling to yell at me, or didn't have deals I would be interested in. So has anybody ever used one?

My company uses VAs to complete a lot of mundane marketing tasks.

We have one that posts craigslist ads for my company. She posts anywhere from 6-10 ads throughout the day. We provided her with a script of 15 different ads and she cycles between which one she uses.

Each ad has a link to its own squeeze page, phone number, and e-mail. From there we are able to figure out which ads are most effective, what time is best to post ads, and if certain tweaks (heading, colors, verbiage, etc.) that we do are effective.

We pay this VA $5/day and she has to e-mail us the links to all of the ads that she posted throughout the day otherwise she doesn't get paid.
