I would get a sturdy table and place a larger than College dorm refrigerator (but not a full size Refrigerator) on it, a small apartment size electric stove (eliminates the gas line) , place a stand up 5 shelf in the kitchen for pots and pans and dishes.

Sweeten the pot with a refund of 1-2 weeks of rent if they get out faster.Whatever you do, get rid of them.
