Looking for pros and cons of registering as a public utility for mobile home parks.

Neighbors were fed up with your just taking all the parking and want you to limit or stop doing short term rental?

First week of setup included laying down gravel for additional parking, making living room into 2 bedrooms, converting large pantry/laundry into a bedroom, and splitting primary bedroom into 2 rooms.

we are expanding our triplex stacked there. we build a stacked 2/1 three tall with off street parking.

I had a 4 plex near Fair park.....

Has quite a bit of parking, bedroom space, although one bathroom could be a drawback.

I manage 8-12 unit buildings in Logan Square, Albany Parka and Irving Park, and we have had issues with porches even at that small sample size.  

Its proximity to key transportation hubs, the Airport, and Tyler Perry Studios, along with other amenities, makes it an attractive area for this investment strategy.If you're leaning towards STR or MTR, you can consider areas like East Point or College Park.
